We are all about our team at Sheephouse which is why they are at the heart of everything we do. We pride ourselves on ensuring that we invest in our team so that they in turn invest in our children.
Many of our team have been with us for a number of years whilst our newest team members tend to join us as apprentices, gain their professional qualifications and then take up permanent contracts with us.
In 2021 we were awarded an Innovation Award from the Scottish Government in recognition of our work to reduce the attainment gap – recognising the efforts of our dedicated, innovative and passionate team.
